Return Policy

  • All of our products have a return policy within 30 days of purchase. Pro Chutes will provide you credit for your product if the item is in a new reselling condition.
  • We do not accept returns on damaged or used products or issue partial refunds on slightly used or damaged items.
  • If our product arrives damaged to you, we will take care of you by providing you with a replacement product free of charge after the product gets returned to us and after our inspection.
  • For refunds, you will need to send us back the returned item so that we can inspect and determine if credit will be issued to you. Returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for all shipping expenses when returning a product unless the product arrived damaged.
  • Cancellations are only available before shipment of customer orders.
  • Cancellations are issued a full refund minus the original order placement transactional fee of 2.9% and another refund transactional fee of 2.9% for a total of 5.8%.
  • We are not responsible for shipping, taxes, customs, or duty fees for international orders outside the USA.
  • Custom doors are not returnable or refundable unless it is a manufacturer’s defect.

Warranty Policy

  • Our products are to be free of material defects, including shipping damage.  Our products will remain free of defects under “normal usage” from the date of purchase for one year. Should the product become defective within one year, we shall either replace it or issue a refund after inspection at our discretion. We will be responsible for all related shipping charges to your destination within the United States, and you are responsible for all shipping expenses when sending a product to us for inspection.
